I had a really bad experience at this clinic – to this day I still have nightmares about this clinic. My wife and I went through IVF here, with us traveling all the way from Australia. They could retrieved only 3 eggs. I was 24 at the time, with an excellent sperm count and multiple tests (including genetic testing) proving there were no issues on my side. Despite this, they told us it didn’t work and gave us no explanation, no suggestions, and no support at all. They took all of our money without any real care for the outcome. To me, they were completely useless – not only as doctors, but as human beings. All they seemed to care about was that their money arrived on time. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
